Can I setup an additional main tag for a second domain?
A common question we receive is whether it’s possible to use one account across multiple domains. The good news is that all our plans, including the Starter and Pro Plans, allow you to use your account on more than one domain. However, there are a few important things to consider.
How All Plans Work with Multiple Domains
All our plans are designed to provide flexibility, allowing customers to use their accounts across multiple domains. However, the option to add additional domains isn’t directly visible in the tool, as most plans are optimized for single-domain use by default. Keep an Eye on Session Volume
The key consideration when using multiple domains is the overall session volume limit of your plan. Each plan has a specific limit on the number of sessions it can handle. As long as your combined traffic across all domains remains within this limit, you can use your account on multiple domains without any issues.
What If You Exceed Your Plan’s Limit?
If the total session volume for your domains consistently exceeds the limits of your plan, an upgrade to a higher plan may be necessary. We will always notify you in advance if this is required and discuss the best options to suit your needs.
